Work Description: The Town of Grand Bank is requesting quotes from qualified bidders to repair and paint a concrete wall.

Tender Specifications:

Tender Quotes to be in Unit Prices and total cost with HST included.

Tender Quotes to be all inclusive, including Mob/Demob and Travel related expenses

Company must provide letter of good standing from Workplace NL.

Company must provide proof of Insurance. – $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability (CGL) and $2,000,000 Automobile.

Work to be completed by June 30, 2026

Responsibility of bidder to complete site visit to become familiar with the Scope of Work

The Town of Grand Bank reserves the right to adjust specifications, to meet budget.

Lowest Bid not necessarily accepted
