Work Description: The Town of Grand Bank is requesting quotes from qualified bidders to repair and paint a concrete wall.
Tender Specifications:
- Tender Quotes to be in Unit Prices and total cost with HST included.
- Tender Quotes to be all inclusive, including Mob/Demob and Travel related expenses
- Company must provide letter of good standing from Workplace NL.
- Company must provide proof of Insurance. – $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability (CGL) and $2,000,000 Automobile.
- Work to be completed by June 30, 2026
- Responsibility of bidder to complete site visit to become familiar with the Scope of Work
- The Town of Grand Bank reserves the right to adjust specifications, to meet budget.
- Lowest Bid not necessarily accepted
- Deadline for submission of Tender Quote is: 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 08, 2026.
- Public Opening of Tender Quote is: 2:15 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2026.
