Work Description:     The Town of Grand Bank is requesting Quotes from qualified bidders capable of replacing 2 sections of Culvert on Main Street (George’s Brook)                                       

        Tender Specifications:

• 2 Sections of the old Culvert to be removed
  • Each Section 48’ Long and 4’ Foot wide
• 2 Sections of new Culvert to be re-instated
• Bidder to supply the culvert:
  • Minimum 2 mm thick
  • Aluminized Type 2 Coating
• Tender Quotes to be in Unit Prices and total cost with HST included.
• Tender Quotes to include all applicable fees and permits
• Tender Quotes should provide breakdown between Labour and Materials
• Work to be completed between August 3^rd and August 31^st
• Company must provide Workers Compensation Certificate.
• Company must provide proof of Insurance. – $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability (CGL) and $1,000,000 Automobile.
• Lowest Bid not necessarily accepted.
• Bidders to contact Town Office to arrange site visit
• Payment to be processed within 30 days of a properly submitted invoice
• Deadline for submission of   Quote is: 2:00 p.m., Friday July 31, 2026.
• Public Opening of Tender Quote is: 2:15 p.m., Friday July 31, 2026.
